Residents arrive under a deep canopy into a double-height lobby: veined onyx-tone stone, tall timber slats and soft lounge seating, with the lift portals picked out in sage green.
Upstairs, marble-floored corridors run under continuous cove lighting to timber apartment doors, and the pool deck is planned as a calm resort-style amenity from morning to sunset.
The development also takes in a fitted office floor: a reception, glazed corridors, private offices, a meeting room and an open-plan workspace.
